How Scalepoint strengthens insurers’ DORA compliance

Benjamin, CISO

Since the beginning of the year, our EU-based customers have been required to comply with the new Digital Operational Resilience Regulation (DORA). The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) has launched its first thematic review examining how insurance companies and pension funds are implementing DORA — with a particular focus on IT risk management and governance.

At Scalepoint, we have offered a specialized DORA service since the start of the year to help insurance companies meet the regulation’s requirements. The service is available as an add-on for companies seeking additional support in achieving DORA compliance.

We see that customers using our DORA service are significantly better positioned when it comes to both compliance and digital resilience.

Our service has already passed a supervisory review

Benjamin Vanggaard, CISO at Scalepoint, explains:

“Our DORA service simplifies compliance, and feedback from our customers confirms that Finanstilsynet has reviewed Scalepoint’s DORA service as part of the ongoing thematic inspection — with no remarks. This validates that we’ve achieved the right compliance level, which our customers greatly appreciate.”
