We collaborate with EcoVadis - the world's largest and most trusted provider of sustainability assessments for businesses - where we annually receive a sustainability report.
This year our efforts have once again been recognised with a silver medal, especially our efforts and initiatives regarding working conditions, equal treatment, and business ethics have contributed to our placement in the top 15% compared to other companies rated by EcoVadis.
For many companies, sustainability is a journey, and fortunately, the level of maturity is continuously moving in a positive direction. Some of the things we have worked on since last year include our sustainability framework in the form of a more robust governance setup, including the expansion and dissemination of relevant policies and goal-setting within various topics, as well as greater employee involvement. However, we are aware that there is still development potential. Therefore, among other things, we have established a sustainability committee, which will continuously work on the implementation and integration of measurable and concrete initiatives.
We are, of course, also in the process of future-proofing our solutions to support the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), ensuring that our customers have access to all the necessary information.
