Easy identification of fraud
When an item is added to a claim, either by you or through Online Claim Registration, a fraud score is calculated. If fraud is identified, a warning is triggered by Settlement and you need to react on it before the claims process can proceed. If no fraud was found, the claim processed is not affected.
